UPE material has good wear resistance and low temperature application characteristics, can be used in a relatively week acid-base cross environment, with the general performance of non-oil self-lubricating plastic bearings, anti-magnetic and electrical insulation and so on .Suitable for most acid/alkali/salt/solution/oil/gas and seawater corrosion environment, but this kind of plastic bearing mechanical strength is low, easy deformation is not suitable for heavy load and high speed.

The roller made of conductive UPE material has antistatic properties and also with excellent conductivity. The roller in contact with static electricity is available, it can be discharged when it contacts. There is no residual electrostatic effect in the material.
Material of UPE properties:

1. cheap solution material
2. Suggested operating temperature no more than 50°C.
3. it is acid resistant
4. Soft feature suitable for transfer glass subtract.

Electrical Property:
With antistatic properties, it has excellent conductivity. If the material in contact with static electricity is available, it can be discharged when it contacts. And there is no residual electrostatic effect in the material.

This conductive polymer polyethylene (conductive UPE) roller is with resistance valve 105 Ω or less, the device itself must be designed with a complete grounding function to allow the material to be electrostatically discharged.
