Ceramic ball has the characteristics of low density,high hardness,low coefficient of friction,anti-magnetic insulation,wear-resisting,self-lubrication and good rigidity.Hybrid ceramic ball bearings speed is 1.5times than ordinary stainless steel or bearing steel bearings,service life is expansed to 2 or 3times.It can adapt to higher service temperature.

High speed:ceramic ball has oilless self-lubricating properties,ceramic ball friction coefficient is small,so ceramic ball bearing has a very high speed.
Insulation:ceramic ball bearing can insulate between the inner and outer rings of the bearings,so that the bearings can be used in conductive environment
High temperature resistance:ceramic ball thermal expansion coefficient is small,in high temperature environment will not cause bearing ball expansion because of temperature,ordinary bearing temperature in 160degrees,ceramic ball can reach 220degrees above.
Long life: ceramic ball can be added without any grease or can run,so as to avoid the common bearings because of grease dry premature damage caused by the occurrence of the phenomenon.
