Plastic bearing are gifted with corrosion resistant ,high temperature resistant,acid and alkali resistant.
We can divide plastic bearing as following types
PTFE/PVDF----corrosion resistant plastic bearing
PTFE and PVDF materials have good corrosion resistance high temperatuere resistance and wear resistance,and can be used in all situations of concentrated acid and concentrated alkaki,including HF and fuming nitric acid and so on.
HDPE/PP/UPE----Acid and alkali resistant plastic bearing
HDPE,PP,UPE materials have good wear resistance and low temperature application characteristics,can be used in a relatively week acid-base cross environment,with the general performance of non-oil self-lubricating plastic bearing,anti-magnetic and electrical insulation and so on.Suitable for most acid /alkali/salt/solution/oil/gas and seawater corrosion environment,but this kind of plastic bearing mechanical strength is low ,easy deformation is not suitable for heavy load and high speed.

PEEK/PI/PPS-----high temperature resistant plastic bearing
As new engineering plastic materials,PEEK and PI have extremely high mechanical strength and dimensional stability ,excellent corrosion resistance and the best high temperature resistance among all known engineering plastics,It can run in almost all corrosion environments such as acid and base.
